University of Warsaw Museum awarded in the 17th edition of the ‘Mazovian Museum Events – Wierzba’ competition

Award ceremony of the 17th edition of the ‘Mazovian Museum Events – Wierzba’ competition held on 14 September 2023 in Mazovian Museum in Płock.

The University of Warsaw Museum was honoured with the first prize in the OPEN PROJECT category for the ‘Collection of life. A spectacular gift to the museum, Warsaw, Mazovia’.

The Museum also received the second prize, in the EXHIBITION category, for the exhibition ‘Janusz Fiszer: Collector’.

In the EDUCATIONAL PROJECT category, we were honoured with third place for the project ‘Museum academic unit as an educational platform for refugees’.
