“University of Warsaw. 210 Years of Shaping Identity” – an exhibition in front of the University of Warsaw Museum
The exhibition tells the story of the University of Warsaw, past and present. Its narrative is divided into various areas of the University’s activity – from the achievements of outstanding scholars and its art collections and scientific cabinets to its historic and modern architecture. The exhibition prepared by the University of Warsaw Museum, can be visited until 31 October 2026.
The exhibition “University of Warsaw: 210 Years of Development” is on display at Kazimierzowski Palace.
The exhibition presents the University from the perspectives of its past, present, and future. It highlights its legacy – including profiles of Nobel laureates associated with the University of Warsaw – as well as the most important programmes and projects currently underway. It also demonstrates how the university contributes to the development of technology and society and works to protect the environment. The exhibition was organised by a team from the University of Warsaw’s Centre for Cooperation and Dialogue under the direction of Prof. Ewa Krogulec, UW Vice-Rector for Development.
