We warmly invite you to participate in the international conference “Liquid Gold: Olive Oil in Antiquity – Cultivation, Production, Trade, and Cultural Significance,” which will take place on 24–27 September 2025 at the University of Warsaw.

The event will be accompanied by the opening of an outdoor exhibition titled “Liquid Gold: Power, Culture, and Heritage of Olive Oil”, as well as the symbolic planting of an olive tree on the University’s main campus.
